Their work starts from a shared belief: that employers, educators, and communities get further when they are solving problems together.
Lewis Brown is the Co-founder and Chief Talent and Workforce Officer at From Here, where he works at the intersection of organizations, people, and communities. He partners with senior leaders responsible not just for performance, but for the futures their decisions create.

His first and prevailing love is being a husband to Adannaya and father to J. Lee, Lewis III, Naomi, and David.
Josh Klein is the Co-founder and Principal Workforce Strategist at From Here, where he works alongside organizations and communities to navigate change and design talent systems that support long-term economic mobility. His career spans local government, national nonprofits, and Fortune 50 environments, blending strategy, data, design, and human insight.
Draws on experience across government, nonprofit, and corporate environments to support leaders facing complex workforce and organizational challenges. His work blends data, design, and lived experience to help organizations clarify direction, strengthen talent systems, and move forward with intention.

Josh grew up in Missouri as the son of a farmer and a teacher, learning early the value of doing good work and showing up for others. He lives in the Ozarks with his wife, Jess, and their daughter, Greta, close to family and rooted in the community they call home.
